I found the twin room very clean. The bed provided a comfortable rest. Breakfast included cereal, Greek yogurt, cheese, ham, toast, butter, honey, Nutella, egg, juice, tea and coffee. The staff changed towels and emptied bins each day. they made the bed.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear people walking around upstairs.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with directions or any concerns I had , so I have no complaints. Breakfast staff were especially efficient and kept the area clean.

the staff were top notch, very friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. i really appreciated that they let me store my luggage for free before check-in, it was super convenient. the location couldn't be better, right next to paddington station, it was so easy to get around everywhere!
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms, but it wasn't a major issue.

The location is amazing with easy access to transportation. Paddington station is a very short walk. plenty of buses are available nearby, it simplifies reaching various attractions. several shops are located within easy walking distance, i was able to quickly grab snacks and essentials.

The breakfast includes toast and cereal, i was kinda surprised to find they also offered pain au chocolat. there is a limited, though acceptable breakfast. I was happy to avoid fried food. the breakfast area can get a bit crowded, so i recommend arriving earlier.

The hotel is steps away from paddington station. the proximity was really convenient for my transport needs. i also liked the cleanliness of my room. It was impeccably kept during my entire stay. the staff stored my luggage before check-in, which i found really helpful.
